Legal entity and brand
Weplify is the customer-facing brand and product name for our online storefront platform and related services, offered at weplify.com and app.weplify.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by MakeMyStore ("MakeMyStore," "we," "us," or "our"), which is the legal party you contract with for billing, accounts, and these Terms. Where marketing or the product UI refers to "Weplify," it means this Service provided by MakeMyStore.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
Weplify provides tools for users to create, manage, and host online storefronts. MakeMyStore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any intellectual property laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your own store content) are owned by MakeMyStore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Weplify name and branding are used under MakeMyStore's control. Your store content remains your property.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeMyStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits or data.
