Thank you for choosing Weplify (operated by MakeMyStore). We are committed to providing a world-class storefront builder for your business. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and subscription cancellations.
1. Subscription Refunds
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with Weplify. If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with your Pro or Ultra subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
Renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. We send reminder emails prior to billing, and it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use our services.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 14-day guarantee, please contact our support team at supportweplify@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You have violated our Terms of Service.
- The 14-day guarantee period has expired.
- You are requesting a refund for a custom domain purchase (domain registrations are non-refundable).
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your Weplify subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to our Free plan.
